KCB stay top with big win over Quins

KCB remain unbeaten and top of the log after match day 7 with a big 43-17 lashing of SportPesa Quins at the Lions Den in Ruaraka.

Peter Karia landed the opening try for the bankers with Mukidza converting for a 7 point lead. Moments later a Quins infringement saw Mikidza add three points to extend KCB’s lead to 10 -0.

Quickfire tries from Darwin Mukidza and Peter Waitere peppered with a Mukidza conversion saw KCB lead 22-0 at halftime.

Michael Wanjala and Martin Owila combined to set up Curtis Lilako for the unconverted try as KCB led 29-0 before Isaac Adimo scored for Quins to bring it to 29-5.

Nick Ongeri’s converted try saw KCB go 36-5 up but Quins were still in it,Adimo setting Patrice Agunda for their second try,Aaron Oforywoth converting.

Shaban Ahmed landed a converted try for KCB before Edward Oseko scored at the death as the bankers handed Quins their heaviest defeat this season.
