With the top three playoff berths all but sealed, fifth placed Mwamba continue their quest for a semi-final berth with a clash against Kabras, who are also in contention by virtue of holding down fourth place heading into this encounter.
Three successive defeats have dented Kulabu’s playoff hopes and the black shirts will surely be hoping that the past three weekends act as a wake-up call as the season enters the defining stage.

They have made six changes to the side that started their last fixture against Top Fry Nakuru, Michael Owiti making his first start of the season at inside center in place of Chris Asego .

Hyke Otieno and Steve Okeyo start ahead of Dennis Ombachi and Peter Kepher who are both relegated to the bench.Kevin Moriasi slots in at lock replacing Dan Sikuta who is away on Kenya Sevens duty. Experienced winger Mark Okwaro is promoted from the bench, start in place of Collins Injera who is also away on Kenya Sevens duty.

With eighth man Peter Chege ruled out of this fixture, flanker Ben Odhiambo is redeployed to Chege’s position, a move that sees Joseph Oriwo slot into the back row.
