Uganda’s Nile Special Premiership enters match day two this weekend with a total of four fixtures on the cards.  Kobs and Heathens will be out to extend their lead this weekend atop the table standings.

Champions and leaders Kobs make the short trip to Entebbe to play host to the Sadolin Mongers. Both sides registered wins on the opening day, Kobs pummeling the life out of the newly promoted Makerere Impis, posting a 68-0 result while the Mongers edged out the Toyota Buffaloes 21-17 in their season opener.

Heathens, currently placed second on the log courtesy of last weekend’s 64-3 win over Mutoni Warriors play away to Pirates in the late kick off at Legends. The Pirates lost last weekend’s opener against Ezeemoney Rhinos, going down to a narrow 12-5 defeat.  This match will be preceded by the early kick at the same venue, a clash pitting Mutoni Warriors against the Ezeemoney Rhinos.

Makerere Impis marked their return to the top flight in the worst possible way, receiving a 68-0 beating at the hands of the Kobs. They welcome the Toyota Buffaloes to their Makerere backyard on match day two.
