The Kenya Cup league returns this weekend after a two week break occasioned by the Enterprise Cup quarter finals and the HSBC SVNS2, ushering in the final stretch of the regular season with only four rounds left. Focus shifts to Ngong Road where Ngong Racecourse will host an exciting double header . Kenya Harlequins open the day against Daystar Falcons at 2PM, with Quins eager to maintain momentum against the Athi River based students. In the second fixture hosts Nondescripts face second placed Menengai Oilers at 4PM in a crucial contest as Nondies look to strengthen their grip on a playoff position.

Elsewhere in the capital Strathmore Leos welcome Kisumu RFC at the Strathmore Sports Complex as the battle for points intensifies. Along Thika Road KCB Rugby host MMUST at the Ruaraka Den while KU Blak Blad entertain the visiting Sugarmen in another Nairobi tie at Kenyatta University. The only fixture outside Nairobi will be in Nakuru where Nakuru RFC take on Impala RFC at the Nakuru Athletics Club in a high stakes clash with both sides fighting to escape the relegation axe.

Action also resumes in the KRU Championship with key matches lined up across the country including Catholic Monks against NYS Spades, Zetech Oaks hosting South Coast Pirates, and JKUAT Cougars facing Mwamba RFC. Homeboyz meet Kisii RFC at RFUEA while Mean Machine host Western Bulls in the  Echulusi derby at UON Grounds.
