Impala and RFUEA Grounds Hosts Match Day Eight Action

The Kenya Cup match day eight action will be held on Ngong Road as Impala Grounds hosts the doubleheader pitting Mwamba RFC against Menengai Oilers at 1:00 pm. Heading into this match, Oilers are second on the log having played five matches, won three, lost one, and drawn one while Mwamba RFC is sixth with two losses, one draw, and one win to their name.

At 3:00 pm, hosts and Seventh-placed Impala Saracens take on fourth-placed Top Fry Nakuru at the same venue. However, Impala head into this match with a game at hand as they have only played three while Nakuru has played four.

Over the fence, Kabras Sugar RFC will be taking on Blakblad at the RFUEA Grounds in the 3:00 pm encounter while Kenya Harlequins, Nondies, and KCB are resting this weekend.

The Nairobi Clubs got their covid tests done yesterday at the RFUEA Grounds on Wednesday 7th July while the Nakuru teams will get tested on Thursday in preparation for Saturday’s action. In line with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Sports guidelines, no fans are allowed at the venues.
