The stage is set for the Top 6 playoffs in the top tier Kenya Cup and Eric Shirley Shield reserve league after Saturday’s last round of round robin matches.
KCB and Menengai Cream Homeboyz earned themselves a direct home semi final for finishing first and second respectively in the league.
On Saturday, 10th March, Kabras Sugar who finished third will host sixth placed finishers Strathmore Leos. The winner of this match will play away to Menengai Cream Homeboyz in the semifinal on Saturday 17 March 2018.
Fourth place finishers Impala host neighbors Sportpesa Quins who finished fifth, giving fans the treat of a second Ngong Road Derby this coming weekend. The winner of this match will play away to KCB in the second semifinal on the same date.

The Homeboyz and KCB reserves emulated their first team colleagues feats by securing home semi final berths in the Eric Shirley Shield reserve league.
Homeboyz topped the league phase of the competition with a flawless record, winning all 11 of their outings, garnering 52 points while KCB were second with 10 wins and the solitary defeat to Homeboyz, garnering a total of 50 points.
Third placed SportPesa Quins will host sixth placed Top Fry Nakuru at the RFUEA Ground while Resolution Impala Saracens welcome Kabras Sugar to the Impala Club. Both matches kick off at 2.00pm on Saturday 10 March 2018.
The winner of the Quins-Nakuru playoff will play the semifinal away to KCB while the winner of the Impala- Nakuru playoff takes on KCB.
