Kelvin Masai (Menengai Cream Homeboyz) has 59 points off 3 tries, 16 conversions and 4 penalties to rank fourth with Kabras Sugar’s  Ugandan duo of midseason signing Philip Wokorach and Ivan Chirabo rounding off the top five with 52 points having each scored 3 tries, 8 conversions and 7 penalties.
