Returning winger Jacob Ojee is one of six changes from the KCB side that started last weekend’s 28-10 win away to Top Fry Nakuru as they face Mean Machine in the 2.00pm kick off on Kenya Cup match day nine at the Kenyatta University. Ojee missed the entire 2015/16 campaign through injury.
Forwards Peter Karia, Francis Mwita and Martin Owila who came in as second half substitutes last weekend are handed starts, coming in for George Asin and Rocky Aguko who start as replacements with Oliver Man’geni rested entirely. Felix Ojow, rested against Nakuru starts this fixture at back row.
Stafford Abeka replaces the rested Jimmy Kilonzo at center. Utility back Shaban Ahmed, a mid season signing from Mwamba will start this tie on the bench.
KCB Head Coach Curtis Olago has also promoted Brian Munyali from the reserve side, handing him a place in the match day 23.
Mean Machine Head Coach has handed starts to his influential trio of Valentine Odoyo, Kevin Odoyo and Rene Inyanga as they seek to counter the KCB charge.
