Eric Shirley Shield match day five preview

The Eric Shirley Shield reserve league enters match day five with leaders and defending champions KCB taking on Homeboyz at the KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka.

KCB, top of the table with 20 points boast a 100% record, having registered four bonus point wins on the trot while Homeboyz come into this encounter placed fifth on the table with 14 points. They have won three and lost one of their four outings to date.

Second placed Kabras Sugar will be up against Blak Blad at the Kakamega Showground. Kabras are four points behind KCB, having picked up 16 points by way of accumulated bonus points in each of their three wins and solitary defeat to date while Blad are eighth on six points.

Third placed Stanbic Mwamba will be out to extend their fine run of form when they host Nondescripts at the Railway Club while Kisumu host Impala.

The rest of the fixtures will pit Kenya Harlequin against Menengai Oilers as Western Bulls take on Top Fry Nakuru.
