The Kenya Rugby Union has announced changes to the dates for the 2026 Training and Education Super Week following the delayed arrival of the Rugby Africa team, which is now expected to land on the evening of 19th May 2026.
The revised Super Week programme will now run from 20th to 23rd May 2026 at Shalom House, bringing together rugby educators, coaches, referees, and development personnel for a series of technical and high-performance courses aimed at strengthening rugby development in the country.
The Educator Course will run from 20th to 23rd May 2026, while the ICIR Course is scheduled for 21st and 22nd May 2026. The final day of the programme, 23rd May 2026, will feature several additional courses including FAIR, Coaching 15s Level 1, Officiating Level 1, and Conditioning for Children.
The Super Week forms part of ongoing efforts by the Kenya Rugby Union and Rugby Africa to enhance technical expertise, coaching standards, officiating development, and grassroots rugby structures through continuous education and capacity building. The programme will also provide participants with an opportunity to engage with experienced trainers, exchange knowledge, and adopt modern best practices in rugby development and administration.
All courses will be conducted at Shalom House in Nairobi.
