Kisumu RFC registered their biggest yet in the KRU Championship league as they saw off their opponents University of Eldoret 32-0 at the Kisumu Polytechnic. This performance sees them remain in the fourth position in the Championship log with 33 points. They are behind Western Bulls, Catholic Monks and USIU all who also won their fixtures today. Bulls welcomed Masinde Muliro to the Bull Ring and handed them a 11-9 loss, at the USIU Grounds, the hosts beat Egerton Wasps 41-0 in the University derby bagging what was the biggest win of the weekend.
The Catholic Monks completed their double over the South Coast Pirates at the Catholic University grounds in Karen beating them 27-17. Regional Logistics Mombasa RFC beat the Ngong Warriors 29-17 at the KIHB Grounds in Ngong while in Kitale, the hosts suffered a 3-9 loss in the hands of Kisii RFC.
