Jeremy Chimwani (pictured right) and Lavin Asego have been drafted into Mwamba’s Kenya Cup squad as coach Johnny Mbai named his side for Saturday’s match day three clash against Nondies RFC at the Impala Club.

Chimwani will start at full back as Shaban Ahmed takes over number 10 shirt from Chris Asego who misses tomorrow’s game. Chimwani has featured for the Mwamba reserves side over the past two weekends. Mbai has tinkered with the side, starting Brian Matini in place of Louis Kisia at openside flank. Kisia will start from the bench.

Also making a first start of the season is Mike Shibadu who replaces Francis Akatu at tighthead prop as Francis Akatu.

Lavin Asego makes his way back back from a long injury lay off , starting off the bench where he is in the company of Nick Ongeri, Kevin Moriasi, Peter Chege, Kisia, George Mutuku and former Ulinzi and KCB back Mark Okwaro.
