Menengai Cream Homeboyz went top of the Kenya Cup log with a 36-26 win over hosts Western Bulls at the Bull Ring in Kakamega.

SportPesa Quins moved second with their first ever win over Kabras Sugar in Kakamega, posting a 19-13 result at the Kakamega Showground. Kabras stayed fifth despite the loss.

KCB, leaders heading into match day 15 slipped to third on the log with a 24-27 loss to hosts Resolution Impala Saracens at the Impala Club, a result that saw the Sarries stay fourth on the log.

There were no changes in positions six and seven as Top Fry Nakuru stopped Blak Blad 29-11 at the Kenyatta University, Mwamba blanking Nondescript 33-0 at the Railway Club.

Mean Machine won away for the first time this season, keeping their chances of staying in the Kenya Cup alive with a 26-5 win over Strathmore Leos.
