The competition for home semifinal and playoff berth remains intense in the KRU Championship.

Leading the pack, Masinde Muliro heads to Nairobi to take on the seventh-placed USIU Martials. Sitting atop the table with 29 points, tied with Daystar Falcons but boasting a superior for/against difference, Masinde Muliro aims for a decisive victory to widen the gap between them and the chasing teams.

Meanwhile, USIU Martials, in good form, strive to secure another win to stay in contention for a shot at Kenya Cup qualification.

Daystar Falcons, in second place, journey to Eldoret to meet the eighth-placed University of Eldoret Trojans, knowing that a significant victory keeps them in the race for a top-two finish and a home semifinal. The Trojans, tough opponents at home, seek to upset Daystar Falcons and keep their playoff aspirations alive.

In Kakamega, fifth-placed Western Bulls seek to bolster their playoff bid as they host Mean Machine. A victory for Bulls not only solidifies their top-six position but also threatens Machine’s survival in the league, putting the former Kenya Cup champions at risk of relegation to the KRU Nationwide League.

Third-placed South Coast Pirates travel to Kabarak University, targeting another win to strengthen their bid for a top-two finish.

Meanwhile, in Mombasa, the host team faces JKUAT Cougars at Khamis High School. Mombasa aims for a win to distance themselves from bottom-placed Mean Machine and secure their Championship status for another season.
