Menengai Oilers stayed top of the Kenya Cup with a 24-10 win over hosts Kenya Harlequin at the RFUEA Ground in match day two action on Saturday 3 December 2022.

Last season’s runners up led 12-3 at the interval through tries from Hilary Mulweyi and John Okoth with Geoffrey Ominde adding a conversion.

Lucky Dewald scored Quins only points of the half from a penalty goal.

Steve Arunga landed two second half tries for the Oilers with Ominde managing a conversion before Quins scored a late try from Brian Waraba and a Dewald conversion.

KCB remained second with a 41-0 win away to Masinde Muliro as champions Kabras Sugar hit Mean Machine with an identical score at the University of Nairobi.

Homeboyz made it two wins from two, defeating the Strathmore Leos 22-15 at the Jamhuri Park while Mwamba won on the road, stopping hosts Nakuru 12-6 at the Nakuru Athletic Club.

Blak Blad won the battle of the varsities, defeating Catholic Monks 28-9 at the Kenyatta University.
