Bamba Sports will this weekend air the Nondies vs Menengai Oilers match followed by the Resolution Impala Saracens vs Strathmore Leos match at the Impala Club.
Both Nondies and Oilers carried the Week Two news as they beat KCB and Kenya Harlequins. Nondies ending KCB’s unbeaten run while newly promoted Oilers earned their first ever Kenya Cup win after beating Quins 14-8. This match will kick off at 2:00pm followed by the Impala and Strathmore match at 4:00pm.
In Kakamega, Kabras Sugar RFC, who are currently top of the table will host sixth placed Top Fry Nakuru RFC at the ASK Kakamega Showground. Kabras has won their first two matches while Nakuru have won one and lost one match. Blakblad RC hosts Mean Machine in a University derby at the Kenyatta University Grounds. The hosts are yet to claim a win while Machine beat Strathmore last weekend at the KCB Sports Club. Blakblad are currently at the bottom of the table while Machine are ninth on the log.
Ruaraka hosts the Bankers derby as Stanbic Mwamba head to Thika Road in search of their first win of the season. The last two matches have seen Mwamba lose narrowly to both Kenya Harlequins and Homeboyz RFC while KCB have one win and loss. The Tellers are fourth on the log while Kulabu is ranked 10th. Menengai Cream Homeboyz will ‘host’ Kenya Harlequins at the RFUEA Grounds.
All the Kenya Cup matches are scheduled to kick off at exactly 4:00pm in their respective venues.
