Homeboyz-in-semis

Homeboyz find themselves placed tenth on the log with nine points off two wins and three defeats.

Inconsistency, as evidenced by their results and table standings has been the deejays bane and they will need to turn things around if they are to replicate last season’s performance that saw them threaten to reach the playoffs, eventually finishing fifth in what was their best ever performance since promotion to the country’s top tier in the 2011/12 season.

Saturday’s clash against league debutantes Catholic Monks will give the deejays an opportunity to bounce back and end the calendar year on high.

The Monks posted a massive result last weekend, that 21-0 win over Mombasa their first ever win in the country’s top tier. It was a result that lifted them off the league’s basement and up to eleventh. Simon Jawichre’s charges know the magnitude of the tasks ahead of them and will look to rain on Homeboyz parade.

Kick off: 2.00pm
Date: Saturday 20 December 2014
Venue: UoN
