The final of the inaugural Women’s Kenya Cup will take place on Saturday 19 March 2022 at the Impala Club.
This fixture, which kicks off at 4.20pm pits Impala Roans against Mwamba.
Impala Roans reached the final with a hard fought 17-7 victory over Northern Suburbs as Mwamba made light work of Topfry Nakuru, running off with the 36-6 result.
Introduced during the 2021/22 season, the Women’s Kenya Cup sets out to improve the form and fortunes of the women’s game which has grown in leaps and bounds in the shorter version.
This year’s competition attracted a total of six teams – Impala, Mwamba, Northern Suburbs, Topfry Nakuru, Ruck It and Homeboyz who later pulled out of the competition.
