Masinde Muliro Head Coach John Asila has rued his side’s poor approach to the set piece as they fell to their second successive loss of the season, going down 0-41 at home to KCB on Saturday 3 December 2022.

“Tough luck for our boys this week. KCB was not going to be an easy side to beat and we have a lot f areas to improve on. Our set pieces were poor, as well as ball movement,” Asila is quoted by the Standard.

He however remains optimistic that the team can recover from its slow start to the season, saying, “MMUST will rise again, because the players have the talent.”

Masinde Muliro play away to Menengai Oilers on Saturday 10 December 2022.
