There were big wins for leaders and defending champions Kabras Sugar and second placed KCB in match day three action on Saturday 16 December 2023.
Kabras Sugar built on a 31-0 lead at the break to defeat the Catholic Monks 78-0 in Kakamega.
Lameck Ambetsa and Derrick Ashihundu scored two tries each with Jeanson Misoga, Brian Tanga, Eugene Sifuna, David Bunduki, Geoffrey Shitambasi, Walter Okoth and William Mwanji all touching down for the sugarmen who were also awarded a penalty try.
Ntabeni Dukisa added eight conversions.
KCB defeated Homeboyz 77-10 in Ruaraka while Kenyatta Universty Blak Blad.
Festus Shiasi landed four times for KCB with Peter Waitere scoring twice as Mike Kimwele, Griffin Musila, Bob Muhati, Vincent Onyala, Austin Sikutwa, Shabani Ahmed and Mickey Wanjala adding one a piece.
Brian Wahinya added four conversions with Ahmed adding one.
Monks tries were scored by Collins Ochieng and Godfrey Kisero.
