Leaders Pan Africa Strathmore Leos and fourth placed Mwamba meet at the Impala Club in what is probably the Kenya Cup match of the day on Saturday 10 January 2015.

Both sides come into this clash in fine form, the Leos having boasting the perfect record, six bonus point wins from their six outings to date.
Mitch Ocholla’s side have been imperious, to say the least, but Saturday’s clash against Mwamba is the first of several stern tests for the Leos especially when you put into consideration the fact that this is the business end, any slip ups could paid to whatever playoff and title ambitions they may harbor.

The Leos will have to come into this tie devoid of complacency and in the right frame of mind to stave off the threat of a Mwamba side that is very much in contention for the playoffs. Key players for the Leos will be Kenny Andola, an ever present fixture in this season’s league campaign, front row man Anthony Orege, combative utility forward Charles Omondi and winger Cyprian Kuto.

The black shirts from the Nairobi Railway Club are having a great run of form this season, never out of the top four over the first six rounds of the competition. They’ve managed to pull this off by working within their means, throwing in several youngsters such as Brad Owako and Greg Odhiambo into the deep end, posting five wins from six outings as they look to return to the playoffs for the first time since their semi final appearance in the 2012/2013 season. Other players who will be key for Mwamba include Collins Injera, Danny Sikuta  and Lav Asego

Both sides are expected to announce their match day squads later in the week.
