There were wins for Catholic Monks, Northern Suburbs and UoE Trojans as the second tier KRU Championship continued on Saturday 8 January 2022.
Catholic Monks inflicted a second successive defeat to newbies Shamas, edging them 29-21 in an entertaining fixture at the Catholic University in Rongai.
Northern Suburbs won away, defeat the USIU Martials 17-8 at the Impala Club as UoE Trojans defeated Western Bulls 18-7 in Eldoret.
Kabarak University benefitted from a 28-0 walkover against the Egerton Wasps.
Two other fixtures were postponed.
