The Nationwide League will this weekend have matches from the Central Region only as all other regions are on a break and are to resume on 19th January.

JKUAT University have a bye this weekend.

Nyeri town will host the Dedan Kimathi vs Thika match at 3:00pm. Kimathi is ninth on the standings table with three points having won one match and lost three while haven’t won any of their three matches.

Second place Kiambu will play Muranga at 12pm at the Kenyatta University before the University derby between Blakblad and Strathmore. MKU Thika end their season with a match against Zetech at the MKU Thika University. MKU Thika are third on the log with 17 points while Zetech have one point to their name and are sitted in the tenth position. Nanyuki will travel to Embu to meet hosts Embu RFC at Embu University. These two teams are separated by seven points as Embu have a total of 15 points while Nanyuki have eight points.

Chuka have a task at hand as they host the region leaders Meru RFC at the Chuka High School. The hosts have played three matches; won two and lost one while Meru have won their four matches and have managed to pick up a bonus point in three of the matches. This performance has secured them 19 points.
